STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS:

All IQ Skyline products comes with a ONE YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURE WARRANTY. These warranty terms
are NON-TRANSFERABLE to the original end user/owner of the product provided by IQ Technologies Inc.

In addition, IQ Technologies is proud to offer our FIVE-YEAR warranty package. For more information or to upgrade
your warranty status, please contact Customer Service at (702) 260-8829 Monday through Friday between the
hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM PST or email us at info@iqskyline.com.

Serial Number can be found on the back steel frame below the right armrest ; or for the “Crown” model on the back base. 

WHAT IS COVERED
All warranty coverage begins on the date the consumer
acquires official warranty service and are backed
against defects in materials and workmanship. To be
eligible for the free replacement warranty, the product
must be in possession of the original owner and have
receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
• This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and
framework of the chair.
• This warranty includes the parts of all costs and labor
for the first year at no cost to the customer. However,
customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
IQ Technologies does not grant or protect warranty
services regarding any loss or damage resulting from:
improper installation, unauthorized repairs,
alterations or modifications of original condition,
improper use, loss of power or power surges, failure
to follow operating instructions, transportation
damage, or abuse/misuse, or environmental
conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, dirt, hail,
earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions) In
addition:
• This warranty does not include any shipping
expenses incurred.
• This warranty does not include normal wear and tear
including Velcro/Zipper malfunction, or tears in any
fabric covering by abuse/force.
The warranty shell does not apply if the product has
been damaged physically, whether intentionally or
due to accident or neglect resulting in stains, fluids,
mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is
other-wise unsanitary, damage or soiled.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
All warranty service requires approval and authorization
by IQ Technologies. Our in-home service will be
scheduled for a technician repair at the customer’s
residence or commercial business at no charge to
the consumer. Service only available in U.S. and major
metropolitan areas in Canada.
